All Kulture Series events are held rain or shine. No refund, exchange, or credit will be issued due to weather conditions, delays, or set-time changes, unless the Organizer cancels the Event in its entirety with no rescheduled date.

The Organizer is not responsible for delays, modifications, or relocations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, government order, public health directive, labour disruption, power failure, venue unavailability, or other acts of God.

Relocation of an Event to a comparable venue within the same city or region, on the same date, with the same lineup, does not constitute a significant modification of the Event and does not create any right to refund, exchange, or cancellation.

If an Event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled or relocated, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price less processing fees, in accordance with applicable law.

By scanning a ticket and gaining entry to an Event, the ticket holder acknowledges the Event was delivered as purchased and waives any right to a refund, cancellation, or payment dispute for that ticket. The Organizer will contest any chargeback filed after entry using proof of attendance, and reserves the right to bar the ticket holder from future events.

Kulture Series Inc. ("Kulture Series," "we," "us") collects personal information from ticket purchasers to process your order, deliver your ticket, and communicate with you about the event.

Information we collect includes your name, email address, and payment details. Payment processing is handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and our ticketing platform (vivenu); we do not store your full payment card details ourselves. If you opt in to SMS or email updates, we use Laylo and Brevo to send event announcements, lineup reveals, and ticketing information. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and improve the ticket buying experience. This does not include your payment information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to deliver your ticket and process your payment (vivenu, Stripe, Laylo), and as required by law.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes.
