Kulture Series Inc. ("Kulture Series," "we," "us") collects personal information from ticket purchasers to process your order, deliver your ticket, and communicate with you about the event.

Information we collect includes your name, email address, and payment details. Payment processing is handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and our ticketing platform (vivenu); we do not store your full payment card details ourselves. If you opt in to SMS or email updates, we use Laylo and Brevo to send event announcements, lineup reveals, and ticketing information. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and improve the ticket buying experience. This does not include your payment information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to deliver your ticket and process your payment (vivenu, Stripe, Laylo), and as required by law.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes.
